Summer wouldn’t be summer without some mint in your life.  Last summer I whipped up this minty delight to cool off.  So come inside, take your shoes off and tour a bit of the art in my casa.

This is the easiest darn dessert that you will ever make.  Place a bundle of fresh mint leaves in 2-3 cups of heavy whipping cream.  Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hrs.  Strain out the mint leaves and whip.  Hook it up on a date with something chocolately. It’s the season to indulge.

After all the peaches I have been dealing with, I wonder how some of this fab mint whipped cream would be on them? Really, Jenny, this is genius. I infuse mint a lot, but usual in sugar syrup for sangria and other cocktail related items! :)

What a wonderful, wonderful idea! I have to admit I am not a fan of mint when it’s chopped up in things, like adult beverages, but I do love the flavor of mint. I have a ton of it growing in my garden right now too. I can see this whipped deliciousnessness getting cozy with all sorts of chocolate desserts!

    Hey Trish,
Thanks for stopping by. Not really, I bought the pizzelles, melted chocolate chips, poured the melted chocolate into a little plastic baggie, cut a hole in the bottom of the baggie and just drizzled. Easy as pie. Actually, much easier than a pie. ;)

  44. Bathroom art IS important and I so want your green shoes. Mint with anything is just love. You are just so cute!!!
