Summer wouldn’t be summer without some mint in your life. Last summer I whipped up this minty delight to cool off. So come inside, take your shoes off and tour a bit of the art in my casa.
This is the easiest darn dessert that you will ever make. Place a bundle of fresh mint leaves in 2-3 cups of heavy whipping cream. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hrs. Strain out the mint leaves and whip. Hook it up on a date with something chocolately. It’s the season to indulge.

I love that you have Christmas lights up! You rock. And I want your shoes. They match the whipped cream.
Hey Laura- Yes! I keep them up all year round. THanks for your sweet words! Happy Summer..
Always love your photos, Jenny! And mint infused whipped cream sounds very yummy!
Mary- Thank you sooo very much. You’ve gotta try it.. Soooo good with something chocolately by it’s side!!
Love the Trout pout pink toes and all the images and yum mint
Thank you so much Sibyl! You have *ze best* taste in nail polish. Thanks for sharing with me.

Miss Summertime – You melt’n my heart girl.
Great photos! I’m going to use the mint cream with some drinks! Great idea, as always, thank you for the inspiration.
June- That’s a brilliant idea. Maybe some bourbon or rum???
Add a little bourbon and you really got somethin’! GREG
Ahhhh.. Mister Greg! Why didn’t I think of that. xoxo
After all the peaches I have been dealing with, I wonder how some of this fab mint whipped cream would be on them? Really, Jenny, this is genius. I infuse mint a lot, but usual in sugar syrup for sangria and other cocktail related items!
Also, love your art!
Debra,
thank you for all your sweet compliments. Ohhhhhhhh girl.. Mint Whipped Cream on peaches? Fabulous idea. I like the sangria idea too! Seriously – thanks again.
This is just about a thousand kinds of cool. I can’t even imagine how many desserts would go great with some minty whipped cream. Yum!!
Koci- thank you darling. Hope you are having a fun-fun-fun summer and getting into a bit of trouble. The ideas for mint-whipped cream is endless. Don’t forget the bevvies too!

Gary- Thank YOU!! You know, a lot of people have said that to me about the chocolate drizzle on the pizzelles. I’m just weird sometimes. I’m blessed we are friends.
Jenny, honey, this is a wonderful idea! I will borrow your recipe. My grandma has some mint in her garden
Hey Coffeebeans! Thanks darling. Yay for grandmas’.. Just make sure to share some with her. Big hugs!
Amazing as always Miss JJ!
LLJ- Thanks and a big ol’ kiss to ya.
You.Are.Amazing!
What a wonderful, wonderful idea! I have to admit I am not a fan of mint when it’s chopped up in things, like adult beverages, but I do love the flavor of mint. I have a ton of it growing in my garden right now too. I can see this whipped deliciousnessness getting cozy with all sorts of chocolate desserts!
Ohhh Miss Heather… Thanks for making my day even sweeter. You’ve got mint growing leaps and bounds? I must stop over for a bundle, I’ll bring ya brownies in exchange. Exx Ohhh my friend.
Great idea! The mint reminds me of your mojitos! I think I would also love that piled on a tall iced coffee
Thanks Linda. It’s definitely time to mix up a batch of blackberry mojitos. And mint sweet tea??? Now you’re talk’n.
I love the shot of the manicured toes and the reflecting lights. So dreamy looking.
Carolyn- Thank you sooo much! I wondered if anyone would like that and questioned myself including it in the mix. So, thank you sooo very much. Have a great rest of your summer.
Yum!!!!!
Miss Coco- Kisses!

I think chocolate mousse is in my future…Along with this whipped cream!
Rachel- It would be goooooder than good on chocolate mousse. I think that’s on my future must eat soon list.
Looks great for putting on strawberry shortcake.
Never thought of topping strawberry shortcakes.. Mmmmmm.. Love the way you think James. And I’ve got strawberry shortcakes coming up next month.
Oh my and with the pizzelle!! Now that part is a lot harder.
Hey Trish,
Thanks for stopping by. Not really, I bought the pizzelles, melted chocolate chips, poured the melted chocolate into a little plastic baggie, cut a hole in the bottom of the baggie and just drizzled. Easy as pie. Actually, much easier than a pie.
Bathroom art IS important and I so want your green shoes. Mint with anything is just love. You are just so cute!!!
Nicole- Thank you darling. If you ever head south to San Diego, you better hit me up!!
