Summer is here! Tis the season for skateboarding, bowls of Special K cereal, and turning the oven OFF. These bars are the perfect summer treat, they’re no-bake and easy to carry with your board. But… in case you’re like me and had a piece of chicken fried steak for breakfast, no worries honey, you can still squeeze in that bowl of Special K. Just have a couple of these bars, Special K is the secret ingredient!
P.S. Earrings made from recycled skateboards by Seven Ply. Dress designed by Swedish skater, Gregory Hagelin, purchased at Parlor, the coolest indie boutique I came across while visiting Asheville, NC.
Absolutely love the old McGill skateboard in the photos. Way to represent! Keep up the good work Jenny!

And would eat Peanut Butter Butterscotch Bars allllll day, esp if cute Skaters were involved!
The Special K offsets the peanut butter and chocolate right? Net effect: no guilt. I love it!
Smart recipe. I like that you’re taking into consideration the summer season. This is quick to whip up in case unexpected guests come for a visit. Have you tried the recipe w/ rice krispies? Though I imagine Special K is “healther” and holds the crunch better…
Great photos as well!
